Jude Pantiliano

Chief Executive Officer

Jude is Juuce Energy’s Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager. He has built more than 20 megawatts of solar power and was National Director of Quality Assurance, Training & Safety for NRG Home Solar where he was responsible for over 700 Employees. Jude has proven track record of success in solar installation projects for SunCycle, from ground-mount systems to rooftop arrays. He brings more than 20 years of electrical contracting experience in both commercial and industrial settings. Jude is OSHA 30 certified and also a LEED GA Associate and Corporate Sustainability Management Certified. He is adept at managing large teams of personnel and contractors to ensure SunCycle’s projects are built to the highest standards and with the utmost efficiency.

John Mosca

Chief Financial Officer

John is Juuce Energy’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development. As director of business development for Juuce, John develops relationships and strategies for renewable energy customers. John also explores current energy markets for new trends and opportunities. He has a successful background building and managing large teams of employees in successful efforts to complete large projects on schedule. Prior to launching Suncycle, John worked for some of New Jerseys larger solar companies, where he served as an installer, electrician and foreman managing crews in building renewable energy systems ranging in size from small residential solar pv sytems to MegaWatt commercial solar PV systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rider University and is a former Financial Advisor.

Paul D’Erasmo

Senior Construction Manager

Paul is our senior Construction Manager here at Juuce Energy. His experience and leadership skills make him an integral part of our team. Paul has over 24 years of experience as both a commercial and industrial electrician. With over 15 years of experience in solar energy, Paul has completed more than 50 MW of contractual renewable energy projects. He has professional experience as an Electrician, Foreman, Super intendant, and now leading the field as a Construction Manager. Some of the major projects he has worked on include General Motors in Baltimore, Maryland; BMW Manufacturing Company in Greenville, South Carolina; Pep Boys Distribution Center in Chester, NY; and a 3 MW solar farm in Mount Laurel, NJ; various state and government projects including: Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, Good Fellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas.
